At By Alexa Rae, we want you to love every piece you purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that all sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and including the packing slip provided in your portal download.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of starting your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return at our warehouse, your refund or store credit will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
